Gin’gle Bells Cocktail


Our lovely friends at St Andrews’ bar and restaurant The Adamson, have created a Christmas gin cocktail! 

Delight friends and family this festive season with this delicious festive themed gin cocktail, the Gin’gle Bell.

You will need:

40ml Blackberry & Cinnamon Infused Gin

20ml Lemon Juice

10ml Cinnamon Syrup

10ml Egg White

How to make at home:

  1. Add Ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add all wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake.
  4. Double strain into a Coupe Style Cocktail Glass.
  5. Grate cinnamon to garnish.
